Here at Keshet, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We wish for you to enjoy rocking your outfits as much as we enjoyed creating them for you. We understand that sometimes things bought online just don't suit. So if you are not 100% in love with your piece of Keshet, we are more than happy to help out!

In-Store/Online Purchases

Please note we are unable to process online returns/exchanges to our Salamanca Boutique.  Returns for items purchased through Keshet Online are only accepted via post and not in person. Keshet online does not accept postal returns on items purchased in store. Similarly, stores are unable to process returns or offer credit notes for purchases made at Keshet Online.

All item/s must be in original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

Online Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. There is a return shipping fee of $10 AUD for all refunds / store credit requests and approximately $20 AUD for exchanges. This is to ensure both ways of shipping is covered for your exchange.

*Remember to include your name and order number somewhere on your return so we can identify you!

RETURNS FOR INSTANT REFUNDS* are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

RETURNS FOR STANDARD REFUNDS* are accepted within 14 days of the items being sent. 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT* are accepted within 30 days of the items being sent.

Items received outside of these periods may not be accepted.

We've partnered with Refundid to offer customers instant refunds for their online returns! Select it as your return option to get started.

Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed.

We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.

All item/s must be in original condition with tags attached and must not have be worn, altered or washed.

Once your return/exchange has been received by our team, your items will undergo a quality review. After it is cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We do our best to process refunds as soon as they are approved, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

*Please be aware we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on $49 & Under items (unless faulty). These are final sale, and please choose carefully.

*We also DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any Face Masks or Earrings due to hygienic reasons.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent and returned at your cost. Keshet is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Using the Returns Portal

Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

There is a return shipping fee of $10 AUD for all refunds / store credit requests and $20 AUD for exchanges. This is to ensure both ways of shipping is covered for your exchange.

*Remember to include the original invoice from your order in with your return parcel

If your product is faulty, you may submit this via our Returns Portal as a ‘Faulty Item’ or contact us at admin@keshet.com.au

For all approved faulty returns within Australia, we will waive the return shipping fee.

Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided via the portal to return your item/s to Keshet HQ:

Can't print the label? No problem, all of our Australian return labels have QR codes on them. Simply present the digital copy of the label at your local post office for scanning and Australia Post will take care of the rest.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. Store credits and exchanges are issued instantly on our end, but standard refunds can sometimes take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.

Exchanges through the portal:

We are currently offering a 5% bonus incentive for customers exchanging through the Returns Portal. If you choose this option for an item that was originally $100, you will have $105 available to shop immediately through the portal. After clicking through the relevant prompts for your exchange, you will be redirected to our website where you can choose your new goodies. From here, you can continue through to the cart and hit checkout. You will then be redirected to our returns portal to complete the exchange order with your extra credit. This 5% offer is only available through portal exchanges.

Standard Refunds / Store Credit Requests through the portal: 

Enter all relevant information into our returns portal and follow the prompts. Select “ALL other returns options” to begin your Standard Refund / Store Credit request. A pop-up window will appear and from here, click Refund Me to continue through to our Standard Refund / Store Credit page. After clicking through the relevant prompts you can finalise your request and download your return shipping label directly from the portal.

Sale & Discount Offers Promotions

These offers are available in-store and online. Only one discount applied per customer transaction. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Not valid on lay-by or gift-cards or redeemable on past orders. Items may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund of price paid. Credit and refunds are subject to adjustment if minimum spend is not met when items in order are returned. For a limited time only. Offer not valid outside of promotion period.

*Please be aware we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Outlet $49 & Under items (unless faulty). These are final sale so please choose carefully.

*Outlet $49 & Under items will not be accepted unless faulty or under conditions set by the Australian Consumer Law.

Outlet $49 & Under items that are returned due to change of mind (this includes but is not limited to; not liking the garment, incorrect size garment or accidentally ordered garments), or that do not meet the ACL criteria, may be denied return. All Final Sale / Clearance items will be marked as such on the product page under the "Description" tab.

Purchased an item from a Keshet stockist?

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Keshet cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a Keshet stockist.

Changes to your order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we try our best!

If you have made an error in your delivery address please email us as soon as possible at admin@keshet.com.au with the correction.

Afterpay

For Afterpay users, refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule.

If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.
